Registrant Sales will begin in just over a week on Saturday, November 5th.
Our goal at Marquee is to ensure that your clients’ purchasing experience is as comfortable as possible, and we are committed to avoiding an overnight line-up. As such, the developer will be booking Registrant Sales entry times, on a first-come, first-served basis, throughout the weekend.
If you wish to purchase a home at Marquee, please refer to the instructions below to ensure they have the best opportunity to own the home of their choice.
How to Request a Registrant Sales Entry Time on Behalf of Your Client:

2. Puchaser’s email address
3. Purchaser’s phone number
4. Top 3 home choicesIf you have more than one buyer interested in purchasing, please include this information for each buyer.
